These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 7cbaji (hereinafter the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), which operates the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at 7cbaji.pro.

By registering an account, accessing the 7cbaji platform, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 7cbaji platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7cbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number or by a notice displayed on the platform on first login following the update. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 7cbaji, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age (21+).
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from the 7cbaji platform or had an account terminated by 7cbaji.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 7cbaji, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are registering only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

7cbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued during a period where the Player was ineligible may be voided and withheld.

3.1 Registration Process

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 7cbaji platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection. Any balance in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number (used as your primary login identifier), and a secure password. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered mobile number. 7cbaji will never ask you for your password by SMS, email, phone, or any other channel.

Any activity conducted using your credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 7cbaji support immediately at [email protected]. 7cbaji will investigate and take appropriate action, including temporary account suspension, while the matter is resolved.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7cbaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• National ID card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) used for deposits
• Selfie photograph for identity confirmation

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC verification. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documents is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no daily deposit limit set by the platform by default; however, individual responsible gaming deposit limits may be applied voluntarily at the account level. Deposits must originate from a mobile financial service account registered in the Player's own name. Depositing on behalf of another person is not permitted.

7cbaji does not accept deposits made via credit cards, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the platform's deposit page. Funds received from unrecognised or unsupported payment channels may be returned to the sender, less any applicable transaction fees imposed by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that was most recently used for a successful deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification (KYC) and to all bonus wagering requirements being met.

7cbaji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal that is unusually large or that follows a pattern consistent with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes during operating hours (06:00–22:00 BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bonuses, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 7cbaji does not support multi-currency accounts. Amounts displayed on the platform always reflect BDT values.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your mobile financial service provider in respect of a valid deposit made to 7cbaji is considered a breach of these Terms. 7cbaji reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and recover the disputed amount from any available balance before the matter is investigated.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7cbaji offers a welcome bonus of up to 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000, subject to these Terms and to the specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available to new Players only, one per household, one per IP address, and one per mobile device.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, including the welcome bonus, are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the combined bonus and deposit amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses that have not been wagered within this period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Crash games (Aviator, etc.): 100% contribution
• Bingo (Pearls of Bingo): 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat): 10% contribution
• Sports betting (Cricket, Football, Kabaddi): 100% contribution at minimum odds of 1.50

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or any other method that 7cbaji determines constitutes bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension. 7cbaji's determination on matters of bonus abuse is final.

5.4 Promotional Offers

Seasonal promotions — including Eid reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh free spins, BPL cricket cashback, and IPL special odds boosts — are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 7cbaji platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. 7cbaji does not manipulate game results.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are set by 7cbaji and may change at any time before or during an event. Bets accepted are binding. In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment, or force majeure event (including but not limited to weather, security incidents, or regulatory intervention), 7cbaji's settlement rules will apply as published on the sports betting rules page. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches are among the primary cricket markets offered.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, 7cbaji will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where a game round cannot be completed or reconstructed, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated during a provably erroneous game state (for example, due to a software bug displaying incorrect odds or payouts) may be voided, and 7cbaji's decision on such matters is final.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7cbaji platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or platform vulnerabilities
• Money laundering, structuring, or any other use of the platform to process proceeds of crime
• Creating accounts using false identity information
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account

7cbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Every registered player has access to the following self-service tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose over a defined period
• Session time reminders: Receive automatic alerts after a chosen duration of continuous play
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months

All content on the 7cbaji platform — including but not limited to the 7cbaji logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 7cbaji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from 7cbaji.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7cbaji and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

7cbaji's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7cbaji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk. 7cbaji provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

7cbaji processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy on the platform. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected and processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and direct marketing communications (where you have opted in). You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting support.

7cbaji applies industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Payment credentials (bKash PINs, Nagad PINs, etc.) are never stored on 7cbaji systems; all payment authentication is handled directly by the respective mobile financial service providers via tokenised API connections.

7cbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime
• Receipt of a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Insolvency or bankruptcy of the Player

Upon closure of an account for legitimate reasons not related to breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered mobile financial service account after applicable verification steps are completed.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal game and sports betting rules.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7cbaji platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 7cbaji support in writing at [email protected]. 7cbaji will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days.

7cbaji's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus settlements, account actions, and Terms interpretation shall be final and binding, subject only to a demonstrable error on 7cbaji's part. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the initial written notification, either party may pursue available legal remedies.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
